The Blue Line

Denim started out as the working man’s uniform and quickly has become the all American fashion staple. Dress it up, dress it down, denim has transcended all forms of clothing and invaded our closets with its infectious shades of indigo.

I love wearing denim on denim on denim on denim. Who ever says that you can’t is a big fat liar. Mixing and matching different shades, textures and weights of denim help break up a Texas Tuxedo.

Styling note: Stand next to complimentary colors. Don’t have a sweet graffiti train car? Hang out at an Orange Julius.

Lauren freshens up her denim assault with a colorful scarf and Mexican beads. Her ripped jeans are paired with smart platform wedges.
