Junya Watanabe Sweater Envy

A few weeks ago, The Sartorialist posted pictures from a runway show in Paris. And a few weeks later, I cannot stop thinking of  Junya Watanabe’s sweater collection.

The Japanese designer took the functionality of a vintage sweater and redesigned the knit to become a blazer. It’s these kind of pieces that I love to discover. Something like a blazer and button up knit, both closet staples, but done impeccably well. How could you not smile while buttoning up one of these?

Please take the time to see what else Sartorialist has for you!

Happy Wednesday,
